Pre Advance Class Information

Lake Air offers Pre- Advanced (Pre-AP) courses for middle school students who are ready to engage in a more rigorous and enriched academic experience. These classes are designed to prepare students for future Advanced Placement (AP) or honors coursework in high school. 

What are Pre-AP Classes?

• Focuses on critical thinking, deeper analysis, and academic independence
• Align with college-readiness skills and national standards
• Encourages student-led inquiry, discussion, and project-based learning
• Based off of a student's academic performance, teacher recommendations, and parent input
